We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in SAP SD and RAR for an onsite contract position in Santa Clara, CA. This role is crucial for our migration team, where you will be actively involved in critical migration activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on configuration and support within SAP SD and RAR modules.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expert knowledge of SAP SD/OTC functionality across all areas of Order-to-Cash.
- Lead and participate in migration activities, specifically focusing on SAP S/4HANA to BRIM migrations.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design solutions.
- Communicate complex technical information and ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of SAP SD and RAR functionalities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience as a Senior SAP SD Business Analyst, leading projects in SAP ECC 6.0/S/4HANA.
- Mandatory expert knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) modules.
- Must have extensive Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and user-friendly language.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of business users, from end-users to executives.
- Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a self-managed environment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) background.
- Exposure to or experience working in the SaaS industry.
- Specific experience with migration from SAP S/4HANA to BRIM.
