We’re seeking an Anaplan Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the design and implementation of innovative Anaplan solutions for our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding Client Needs: Dive deep into clients’ business planning and performance processes to truly grasp their requirements.
- Designing Anaplan Solutions: Create effective and efficient Anaplan models, translating complex business needs and even existing Excel models into scalable, multi-dimensional designs. This includes developing initial Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase Anaplan’s power.
- Leading Implementations: Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, from translating designs into detailed development plans and timelines, to managing multiple projects concurrently and ensuring on-time delivery with your team.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of 5-15 members, guiding them through the implementation process and managing their deliverables.
- Technical & Domain Expertise: Apply your deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling and Excel. You’ll also bring strong subject matter expertise in areas like Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Sales Performance Management, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), along with a solid grasp of data integration (inbound/outbound) with various source systems.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, effectively managing engagements and communicating complex ideas clearly.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree ( Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics)
experience of successfully implementing Anaplan solutions as Solution Architect or Model Builder on 3 or more Anaplan implementation projects - Anaplan Hands-On Model building experience
- Advanced Excel knowledge
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience of successfully implementing Anaplan solutions as Model Builder on 3 or more Anaplan implementation projects.
- Consulting/implementation prior experience with on premise systems such as SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion etc.
- Delivered projects for large multi-national companies in an Analytical environment.
